1. Acceptance
By using FocusArena, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Account
- You must choose an appropriate username. We reserve the right to remove offensive usernames.
- You are responsible for your account. One account per person.
- Guest accounts may be lost if you sign out without linking to Apple ID.
3. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Exploit bugs, cheats, or automation tools
- Impersonate other users
- Abuse the friend request or social features
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or stats
4. In-App Purchases
- Some features require a Pro subscription
- Purchases are processed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not FocusArena
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding in FocusArena is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
7. Disclaimer
FocusArena is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost data, interrupted sessions, or service downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
